Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 2PM EST are shipped the same working day and take between 5-8 working days to arrive. Orders placed after 2PM EST are shipped the next working day. All orders are shipped using USPS.

What is your return policy?

Beauty House offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means if you aren't entirely satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund. We offer a 30 day return policy for all items. Items must be returned in un-opened, un-used condition.

How do I create a return for an item I've ordered?

To open a return with Beauty House please contact us using our website or by emailing hello@beautyhouse.com. We will provide full details on how to return your items to us including the return address. We will issue a refund within 1 working day of receiving any orders back.

How do I create an account or login?

You can create an account either by clicking here or you can create an account when placing your order.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking here and clicking 'Forgotten Passsword'. We will then send an email link to your registered email with a link to reset it.

Order Status

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

To cancel your order you will need to email before the item is shipped, usually before 2pm EST the same working day. If you try to cancel after this point you will need to initiate a return once the order arrives as we are unable to stop an item once it's been shipped.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

In the rare instance that an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order we will email you to notify you within 1 working day and provide an immediate, full refund.
